    The Excellent Reads Book Award was created to honor John E Weaver, an avid reader and book promoter who passed away in 2016. According to Earthshine Media Group, "He loved discovering great books and authors, and sharing them with his friends. In keeping with John's tradition, we are looking for great books that we can rave about."

     Although I am very grateful to Earthshine Media Group, the judges, and the late John E Weaver for this honor, I cannot in good faith recommend this business to other authors due to their unresponsiveness. Although it took seven months of inquiries to receive a digital award seal, I am happy to report that the situation finally did resolve.
